- How many guests can stay at Golden Palm Villa?
- Golden Palm Villa by Marina accommodates up to 8 guests. Please send us the number of adults and children so we can confirm that the villa suits your group.
- How many bedrooms does the villa have?
- The villa has four bedrooms, each with a double bed. Together they sleep up to 8 guests, without sofa beds or extra mattresses.
- Does each bedroom have its own bathroom?
- Yes. Each of the four bedrooms has its own bathroom, so mornings stay easy for the whole group.
- Is the swimming pool private?
- Yes. The pool and the terrace belong to your group alone for the length of the stay; they are not shared with other guests.
- Is the entire villa private?
- Yes. The villa is rented as one entire private property to one group at a time.
- Is Golden Palm Villa suitable for families?
- Yes. Families stay here regularly: the villa is one private house with a kitchen, a private pool and four bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Children must be supervised by an adult around the pool at all times.
- Is the villa suitable for two families travelling together?
- Yes. Two families can take two bedrooms each and still share the kitchen, dining area, terrace and pool.
- Is the villa suitable for a group of friends?
- Yes. Four couples can stay together, each with their own bedroom and bathroom. Please note that the villa is in a quiet residential neighbourhood, so we ask guests to keep noise low in the evening and at night.
- Where is Golden Palm Villa located?
- The villa is in Baan Tai on the south coast of Koh Phangan, Thailand, in a quiet green neighbourhood about seven minutes' walk from the nearest beach access. The exact address and arrival instructions are sent to confirmed guests.
- Is Baan Tai a convenient area to stay in Koh Phangan?
- Baan Tai is a calm, mainly residential stretch of the southern coast between Thong Sala and Haad Rin. It works well as a base: the beach is walkable and the rest of the island is reachable by scooter or car.
- How far is the villa from the beach?
- The nearest beach access in Baan Tai is about a 7-minute walk from the villa.
- Do guests need a scooter or a car?
- Not for the beach, which is walkable. For getting around the island comfortably, though, it is better to have a scooter or a car. Ask us and we will recommend a good rental service.
- Is parking available at the villa?
- Yes, of course. The villa has a large private parking area for guests.
- Is there Wi-Fi and a place to work?
- The villa has a dedicated workspace for guests who need to work during the holiday. Message us to confirm the current internet arrangement for your dates.
- Is there air conditioning?
- Yes. Every room has air conditioning, and the villa stays pleasant and well ventilated throughout.
- Are towels provided, and is there a laundry area?
- Towels are prepared in the bedrooms for arriving guests. Please ask us about pool towels and laundry facilities and we will confirm what is available during your stay.
- Is there a kitchen?
- Yes. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with a marble island and breakfast bar, oven, microwave and a large fridge, so you can cook for the whole group.
- Is there a BBQ?
- Yes. There is a BBQ area beside the pool terrace.
- Are parties or events allowed?
- The villa is in a quiet residential neighbourhood, so gatherings and events are only possible when they are agreed with the villa team before the booking is confirmed.
- Can guests book a longer stay?
- Yes. Longer stays are possible and are quoted separately, since the price depends on the season and the length of stay. Tell us your dates and we will prepare an offer.
- How can I check availability?
- Press the Check availability button, look at the dates you need in the calendar and send us your request — we will reply with the price for your dates.
- Is my booking confirmed when I send an inquiry?
- No. Sending an inquiry does not confirm a booking. We first check availability for your dates and then send the applicable booking and payment information.
- How much does the villa cost?
- Rates depend on the dates, the season and the length of stay, so we do not publish a fixed nightly price. Send us your travel dates to receive the current total.
- How do payment and cancellation work?
- The applicable payment and cancellation terms are shown before the booking is completed.
- Can I book through Booking.com or Airbnb?
- Yes. The same villa is listed on Airbnb and on Booking.com, and you are also welcome to book directly with us.
- How can I contact Golden Palm Villa directly?

- What are the check-in and check-out times?
- Standard check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. If you need different times, let us know when booking — special arrangements are subject to availability and prior agreement.
- Are electricity and water included in the price?
- Yes. Electricity and water are included in the accommodation price.
- Does the villa offer a transfer or taxi service?
- We do not operate our own transfer service. However, we are happy to share contact details for local taxi drivers and practical transportation information for getting to the villa and around Koh Phangan. Transportation is not included in the accommodation price. How to get here and get around →
