These rules keep the villa comfortable for you and respectful towards the neighbourhood. Any specific conditions for your stay are confirmed before booking.
Maximum 8 guests
The villa is prepared for up to 8 guests. Additional visitors must be agreed with us in advance.
A quiet neighbourhood
The villa sits in a residential area, so we ask guests to keep noise low in the evening and at night.
Events and parties
Gatherings and events are only possible when agreed with the villa team before the booking is confirmed.
Pool safety
Use of the pool is at your own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Care for the property
Please treat the villa, furniture and equipment with care. Any damage should be reported to us immediately.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Please use the outdoor areas.
Check-in and check-out
Arrival and departure times are confirmed together with your booking so we can prepare the villa for you.
Pets
Please ask us before travelling with a pet so we can confirm whether it is possible for your dates.
